  1. Navigate to the Start menu by either pressing the Start menu key on your keyboard or just clicking on the Windows logo on the lower-left of the screen.  
  2. Now put in Control Panel and then pick the best matching result.
  3. Head to Administrative Tools.
  4. In the Administrative Tools wizard, there is a toolbar and there click on the icon to open the viewing options list
  5. Choose the Large Icons.
  6. Then head to Services.
  7. Now, look for the “Windows Update service” and “Background Intelligent Transfer Service” services.
