Rainbow Six Siege: Update 4.3 Patch Notes, Fixes, and Ads Nerfs

PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gamers can expect a massive change in gameplay and fixes in the newest update. The primary modification is to the ADS speed of every weapon, with some enhancement by over 30%. Also, the developers have revealed the boost in Lesion’s win rate along with overall usage and modification to several operators. BALANCING:
1.  ADS:
  • Assault rifles time enhanced from 0.30 to 0.40 seconds.
  • Shotgun time enhanced from 0.20 to 0.25 seconds.
  • DMRs time enhanced from 0.30 to 0.40 seconds.
  • LMGs time enhanced from 0.40 to 0.45.
  • SMGs time enhanced from 0.20 to 0.35 seconds.
  • Pistol time enhanced from 0.10 to 0.20 seconds.
  • Secondary slot SMGs time enhanced from 10 to 0.275 seconds.
2.  ECHO:
  • Yokai has lights now and can be changed when it is hacked and only displayed when not cloaked.
  • The echo can now be known by Dokkaebi.
  • Yokai cameras access is given to attackers when it is hacked.
  • When eliminated with Dokkaebi’s present, Echo will drop a phone now.
3.  BLACKBEARD, FINKA & MAESTRO:
  • The Angled grip will now affect your scar without or with equipping the Gun shield.
  • Weapons without equipping the Gun Shield will keep the exact same ADS timing any other Assault rifle.
  • Removed ACOG from Maestro’s ALDA.
  • Enhanced Finka’s spear damage from 38 to 42.
  • ADS penalization will apply the only user that has equipped the Blackbeard’s Gun shield.
  • Decreased Scorpion Evo3 recoil for the first 16 fires, any proceeding fires will remain the same recoil pattern.  
  • Weapons with the Gun Shield will keep the similar ADS timing from earlier.  
  • Improvised minor VFX of Candela explosion.
  • Improvised Cluster Flashes distribution to built flash more beneficial.
  • Pellets detonation time decreased to 0.3 seconds from 1 to 2.5 seconds on the throw.
  • Enhanced damage of FMG9 from 30 to 34 for smoke and Nokk.
GENERAL FIXES
1.  Gameplay:
  • Fixed an issue where attackers sometimes can go through windows during hot breach attempts without detonating the breaching charge.
  • Fixed a bug crashing in case Lesion is pulled back while pushing a GU mine by an air jab at the same time.
2.  Level Design:
  • Fixed an issue where wall studs are not wiped out when the reinforced wall is shot using a grenade and broken by Maverick and Zofia.
  • Fixed an error where invisible impact at the Skylight of Kafe for deployable sticky gadgets.
3.  User Experience & Operators:
  • Fixed an issue where operators can now show up and float over a 3rd person shield POV, but they vault over a person’s shield twice.
  • Fixed a bug where that matches count over battle pass challenge, i.e., the Match Win Streak.
  • Fixed a bug where Nomad’s warheads appear in her hand in support or Caster mode while reloading and switching.
  • Fixed several minor issues of menu visual and HUD.
  • Fixed a bug where shock wire gadgets show up of Bandit’s offset when he grasps it in his hands.
  • Fixed an error where Jackal cannot scan footsteps while into the warning location of a mute jammer.
  • Fixed an issue where a gamer mutes a squad member, but still hears muted mate voice after moving to different slides.
  • Fixed an issue where Nail gun of the castle remains available and clips while setting out his armor panels.
  • Fixed a bug where battle pass progression doesn’t upgrade correctly on the end-match screen, whereas result in proper progression in the primary BP HUD.
  • Fixed an issue where changing weapons while vaulting will create a problem for operators’ arms and results in appearing broken to 3rd person POV.
  • Fixed several minor issues of cosmetic visual and shop.
  • Fixed an issue where weapons do not forth and sway back while moving left or right and in rappel.
  • Fixed an error where Zofia face the wrong side on KS79 Lifeline grenade launcher ammo.
  • Fixed an issue where incompatible animation for Ballistic shield ops while being pulled back.
